8:00 am Olympic, Standard Aqua-Bike Triathlon Start
9:00 am Sprint Triathlon, Sprint Aqua-Bike, Sprint Duathlon Start
9:30 am Try-a-Tri, Do-a-Du Start
11:45 am Lunch served
12:00 pm  Course closes
12:30 pm  Overall Finisher Awards and Grand Prize Draw

 

Cut-off Times

The following course cut-off times are in place.

Course / Lap Details:

  • Olympic/Team Triathlon:
    2 Laps of the swim, 1 Lap of the Olympic distance bike course, 2 Laps of the run
  • Standard Aqua-Bike:
    2 Laps of the swim, 1 Lap of the Olympic distance bike course, rack your bike and cross the finish line. Done!
  • Sprint/Team Triathlon:
    1 Lap of the swim, 1 Lap of the bike (to the sprint turn around), 1 Lap of the run
  • Sprint Aqua-Bike:
    1 Lap of the swim, 1 Lap of the Sprint distance bike course, rack your bike and cross the finish line. Done!
  • Sprint Duathlon:
    1 Lap of the Sprint Du 1st run, 1 Lap of the Sprint distance bike course, 1 Lap of the run
  • Try-a-Tri:
    1 Lap of the Try-a-Tri swim, 1 Lap of the Try-a-Tri bike course, 1 Lap of the Try-a-Tri run
  • Try-a-Du:
    1 Lap of the Tri-a-Du run, 1 Lap of the Try-a-Tri bike course, 1 Lap of the Try-a-Tri run

Transition

Please ensure that only items required for the race are placed in transition.  Bike racks will be labeled for each event.  Please ensure your bike is racked in the correct section. Athletes may be permitted to enter transition for prior to their event at the Race Official’s discretion.

Food

During the race: There are three aid stations on the run course offering water and sport drinks. There are no aid stations in transition or the bike course.

Post race: Nutritious fruit, snacks and drinks are available for all registered competitors.

Lunch: A hot lunch featuring samosas, chicken curry, rice, salad and dessert will be available after the race. Purchase your lunch tickets for $15 each when you register.


Timing

All adult events will be using chip timing.  The chip will be provided at Registration on race morning. The chip must be worn on the left ankle and under your wetsuit not over top.  If you need assistance with your chip, please see our registration table or a transition volunteer.
